    Free design consultation meeting

    Attend a meeting with Aaron the builder and Sonia our designer.

    Share your vision and ideas, create your wish list and discuss your budget.

    Review our concept design fee proposal for your approval.

    Concept Design

    We provide preliminary floor plans and elevations for your consideration and review.

    Discuss thoughts and suggestions on our early concept plans with our designer.

    Adapt and develop your preferred design. Sign approval to proceed.

    Receive access to your Buildertrend owner portal.

    Approve next step for construction plans.

    Construction Plans

    Finalise design to working drawing's.

    Construction estimate completed for approval.

    Proceed with engineering and energy rating.

    Provide construction proposal including fixed price quote

    Review draft contract and specifications proposal.

  • 4

    Contract and Building Permit

    Sign contracts and pay a 5% deposit.

    Home owners warranty insurance issued for you project.

    Application and issue of building permit.

    Construction

    Your build slot with completion date secured.

    Construction commences

    Builder issues payment claims as stages are reached (payment stages as per contract)

    Attend stage site meetings.

  • 6

    Handover

    Notice of completion sent.

    Attend final inspection.

    Certificate of occupancy and final claim issued.

    Attend handover with A & J Brain Builders.
